On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 9:00 a.m. or by prior arrangement.

The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk from Apart Benjamin, allowing you to reach Silvapark Galtür or Ischgl quickly and easily. With the guest card, you can use the buses free of charge.

All apartments are non-smoking apartments.
Cash, bank transfer or advance payment
A booking is only valid upon receipt of a written booking confirmation. Upon completion of a reservation, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required for a binding reservation (as stated in the reservation confirmation). Terms and conditions apply according to the Austrian hotel contract conditions.

Cancellation conditions according to the Austrian hotel regulations. Cancellations are only valid in written form and will be charged as follows:
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40%
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70%
- Within the last week before arrival: 90%
